Faheem is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who takes a thoughtful, patient-centred approach to care. Guided by a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and body systems, he treats individuals as whole people—considering the body, mind, and lived experience. Faheem uses a skilled combination of gentle and direct manual techniques to assess how the body functions as a whole, identifying areas of strain or restriction that may be contributing to discomfort.
Patients can expect a calm, attentive environment focused on understanding their concerns and guiding meaningful change. Faheem enjoys working with adults of all ages, providing care that is gentle, structured, and deeply attuned to each individual’s unique needs to support the body’s ability to feel and function better over time.
Faheem values maintaining his own health and well-being outside of clinical practice. As part of his personal routine, he enjoys weight lifting and being outdoors in nature. When he’s not in the gym, he loves exploring the city and discovering new places. Faheem truly believes that meaningful change comes from patience, consistency, and trust—both in the body and in the healing process.
